How much does a door or screen cost?
Prices vary based on sizes. We don’t offer a “one size fits all” door as there are requirements in the Australian Standard regarding security doors. While we can give you an estimation based on your measurements, we do need to conduct a free site measure to provide an accurate price.
What colour can I have my door and screen frames?
There are over 300 powdercoat colours to choose from, including 12 of the very latest Textura range, our representative can show you when carrying out a free measure and quote or you can call into our show room.
Is your company licensed to provide security doors?
Yes, our company is licensed with QBBC and also a proud member of NSSA National Security Screen Association
I don’t know if it’s for me and don’t want to be pressured into buying something
We agree. Our quotes are free and no obligation. Our quality security doors and screens last a long time and we want you to be happy with whatever you choose.
How do I order a door or window screen?
Once you have received your quotation and wish to proceed, a 50% deposit is required to commence the order. Production time varies and depends on the product you are purchasing. The balance is then paid on completion.
What is an awning made of?
An awning consists of a high-quality shade fabric which is stretched tightly across an aluminium or steel frame. Awnings can be motorised or manually operated, depending on the design of the structural frame.
Does an awning provide all-weather protection?
Yes. Awnings that are manufactured using top grade waterproof shade fabrics do provide all-weather protection. We supply our awnings using top grade HDPE and PVC fabrics and can add a waterproof coating to them to make them 100% waterproof. Our awnings offer protection from the sun and its UV rays, the rain, strong winds and even hail!
How much does an awning generally cost?
The cost of an awning here in Australia can vary considerably depending on a number of factors. These include the size, the quality and type of fabric, the framing mechanism and site conditions.
How long does an awning last?
The life of an awning completely depends on the quality and type of the fabric used. While lower grade fabrics generally last 5 years, high grade fabrics can last 10 years or more, our top-grade awnings will easily last you more than 10 years.

Retractable awning is an awning with spring-loaded arms for support and is mounted on strong brackets, attached to the home or business. Retractable awnings are just that, they can be retracted if you want sun or extended if you want shade.
What is a fixed frame awning?
Fixed frame awning is permanently fixed to your home in an extended format, and it cannot be retracted.
What sizes are available?
